Nothing like some crunchy hot sabudana wadas !!

Sabudana Wadas

Ingredients to make Sabudana Wadas

  • 1 cup of sabudana ( soaked overnight )
  • 1/2 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of roasted coarsely ground groundnuts
  • 2 tsp of chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • Chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Sabudana Wadas

  1. In a big sized bowl put all the ingredients and mix really well.
  2. Now take a handful of the mixture and form a lemon sized ball. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
  3. Keep oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Fry 2-3 of the wadas at a time on a medium to high flame. HAPPY COOKING !!!

My Tip:

Make sure that you don't add more than 2-3 wadas else they will break in the kadhai.
