Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bringal 1/2 kg
  2. Red chilly 10 no
  3. One spoon mustard
  4. One spoon jeera
  5. One spoon vendayam
  6. One big size tamarind
  7. Two spoon daniya seeds
  8. 3 spoons groundnut without its cover
  9. 2 spoons of eallu
  10. 2 big onion slice them
  11. 10 pieces of amall onion
  12. 15 pieces of garlic
  13. Bunch od curry leaves
  14. Gingerly oil 100 gms


  1. Fry red chilly mustard seeds jeergam veendayam danaya groundnut eallu without oil separately then grind them one then add some onion and garlic to it and then tamarins to it make it a fine paste then cut the bringal into two but not cutting rhem fully as we r going to stuff the paste what we have grinded then add oil in a pan
  2. Ready to serve
  3. Grinding the ingredients in the mixie
  4. Adding eallu
  5. Adding groundnut to it
  6. Items needed fr this recipe
  7. All the items roasted seperately without oil
  8. It is cooking
  9. Add water if necessary
  10. Grinding along with tamarind salt turmeric
  11. Stirring the bringal
  12. Frying the onoins
  13. Put the stuffed Brinjal into it
  14. Stir it fr some time
  15. Close it with led allows it to cook
  16. If requires add water
  17. U should cook until the oil comes out
  18. Then its ready u can serve
