About Veg Au gratin Recipe

This is a french dish, gratin is a french technique in which upper layer is little brown which can be done with breadcrumbs and cheese or eggs

Veg Au gratin

Ingredients to make Veg Au gratin

  • butter 50 gms
  • all purpose flour 2tsp
  • capsicum 1
  • carrot 1
  • potato 1
  • peas 1
  • palak 5 leaves
  • corn optional
  • peas little
  • Pasta 25gms
  • Cheese 4 cubes
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oregano 1tsp
  • chilly flakes 2 tsp
  • Milk half liter

How to make Veg Au gratin

  1. Take a cooker add veggies and pasta cook for 1 whistle
  2. Take a pan add butter and oil, add maida (apf) roast on slow
  3. Add milk slowly keep whisking to make white sauce
  4. Add 1 cheese cube, salt, oregano and chilly flakes mix well
  5. Add veggies mix slow and well
  6. Take a flat bowl add this mix, add Oregano and chilly flakes
  7. Add bread crumbs and cheese
  8. Now microwave it for 10 minutes
  9. Serve hot
  10. Can be cooked more for dark brown color

Cheese can be used of many types
