Ingredients to make Herbed potatoe wedges

  • Four large potatoes
  • Five table spoon oil .
  • 2table spoon red chilly powder
  • 1tea spoon mint powder.
  • 1tea spoon kasuri methi.
  • 1 1/2tea spoon salt
  • 1table spoon lemon juice.

How to make Herbed potatoe wedges

  1. Par boil potatoes Peel and cut into wedges Put potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Add kasuri methi,mint powder,red chilly powder,salt and 2table spoon oil. Mix well. Leave for 5 minutes. Heat a grilled pan/frypan.
  3. Add remaining oil Fry potato wedges on medium flame for6_7 minutes or till potatoes are soft. Fry on high flame for 2 minutes till golden.
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice. Serve with sauce/chutney of your choice.
