Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Pomfret fish 1
  2. Poppy seeds paste 2 tablespoon
  3. Mustard seeds paste 1 tablespoon
  4. Kaju paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Salt
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Green chilies 2


  1. Wash the fish properly
  2. Then take o bowl add mustard paste, Poppy Seeds paste,kaju paste,salt,turmeric powder salt
  3. All these ingredients mix well
  4. Coat the fish with this ingredients properly
  5. Keep aside for 5 min
  6. After 5 min. take a steal tiffin box
  7. Keep the fish with mixture in this tiffin box
  8. Half cutout the chilies and keep into the tiffin box
  9. Close the cap and keep the box in a wok
  10. Then pour water in wok
  11. Don't pour too much water only half of the tiffin
  12. Then cover the lid and on the flame
  13. Keep the flame in low for 10 min.
  14. After 10 min open the tiffin and serve the fish in a plate
