Chips using Tapioca, a perfect snack for all times.

Tapioca Chips

Ingredients to make Tapioca Chips

  • Tapioca Medium size
  • chilly powder 1/2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Tapioca Chips

  1. Soak tapioca for 2 hours in water
  2. Peel the skin completely after 2 hours
  3. Cut into Jullienne strips
  4. Let it dry for 30 mins
  5. After 30 mins, deep fry it in batches
  6. Finally add salt and chilly powder and mix it evenly

My Tip:

Fry it in medium flame to get it cooked evenly.
