Chocolate shahi tukda

Ingredients to make Chocolate shahi tukda

  • Bread slices...4
  • Chocolate custard...1 cup
  • sugar syrup...1 cup or so
  • Chocolate sauce

How to make Chocolate shahi tukda

  1. Cut bread slices in the shape you desire.
  2. Fry these in hot oil. I air fried them in air fryer
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes, place bread pieces on the basket and set timer for 5 minutes on 160 degrees
  4. Dip these pieces in sugar syrup and arrange in a plate , spread chocolate custard over the pieces, then pour chocolate sauce on it, chill and serve chilled
  5. Making of.chocolate custard...Take 50 ml milk, in it mix 2 table spoon chocolate custard powder and make a paste . Add this in 1/2 litre milk add 3 table spoon sugar and let it thick, stir continuously. Cool down and use as tequired

My Tip:

For this you require quite thick custard
