Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg mutton with bones
  2. 1/2 kg tomatoes puree
  3. 1/2 kg onion puree
  4. 100 gm ginger garlic paste
  5. 50 gm green chilli paste
  6. 50 gm kashmiri red chilli paste
  7. 100 gm green red bell pepper
  8. 100 gm pumpkin
  9. 50 gm of mix whole spices
  10. 1/2 kg ghee
  11. 1 litre water
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tsp turmeric,coriander,garam masala ,red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Marinate mutton with some ginger garlic paste for 1 hour.
  2. In a deep pan on medium low flame add ghee then add whole spices such as green black cardamom,cinamon,black pepper and saute then add onion paste and salt and cook till golen brown.
  3. Then add tomatoe puree and cook till oil seprates then add ginger garlic paste,green and red chilli paste and cook till all mix properly.
  4. Then add chopped green red bell pepper and cook by cover it for 10 min then add chopped pumpkin and again cook for 10 min by covering. Then add all powder spices and add 1/2 liter water and add mutton and cover and cook for 2.5 hours then check by fork wheather its cook and if not then again cook for 1/2 hour till it become soft and tender then garnish with chopped green coariander and fresh cream.
  5. Serve with fresh tandoori naan made inside large cooker.
