About Korean veg stir fry Recipe

A simple plate of loaded vegetables stir fried and flavored with Korean spices

Korean veg stir fry

Ingredients to make Korean veg stir fry

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables like red, yellow bell peppers thinly cut
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp gochujang paste or gochugaru ( Korean chili flakes )
  • 1 thinly sliced onion ,
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, blanched and chopped thinly
  • 1 carrot julienned thinly .
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

How to make Korean veg stir fry

  1. in a wok , add sesame oil , ad all the sipices one by one and keep sauteeing , add the vegetables and keep tossing wok in hig to medium heat , add the soy sauce, ginger garlic paste , gochujang paste , chili flakes , honey and brown sugar
  2. the mixture will look caramelized , add a pinch of salt and white pepper.
  3. inally add in toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Enjoy !
