This is a Hyderabadi Banana dessert, easy to make and delicious in taste. You can serve them cold post lunch or dinner

Moz ka Meetha

Ingredients to make Moz ka Meetha

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3 small ripe bananas ( Elaichi)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • Few saffron strands
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachio
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1/4 tsp ghee (optional)

How to make Moz ka Meetha

  1. Slice banana. Optionally you can mash them
  2. Mix milk, cream and condensed milk in a saucepan. Heat on low flame until well combined. Keep stirring until it starts to bubble
  3. Add banana. Mix well and stir for 2 minutes. Add cardamom, saffron and ghee. Mix well. Once it starts thickening, add chopped nuts. Switch off
  4. Allow to cook completely. Refrigerate until it's ready to be served. Best served cold
