Ingredients to make Qubani ka meetha

  • Dried apricots( qubanis). 25
  • sugar. 100 gms
  • water. 1-1.5 cup
  • lemon juice. 1 tbsp
  • rose petals. 5-6

How to make Qubani ka meetha

  1. Rinse the apricots well. then soak them over night in the enough water.
  2. Remove the apricots from water and deseed the apricots and chop.
  3. Break the apricot seeds ,throw the hard covering and keep the almond like nuts aside.
  4. In a deep pan add apricot soaked water,sugar,chopped apricots.
  5. Cook on a low flame for 20-25 min.
  6. Stirring occasionally. If the mixture looks dry add some more water.
  7. Lastly add the slices of apricot seeds,rose petals.
  8. Serve warm or cold.
