No Rice Idly

Ingredients to make No Rice Idly

  • Moong dhall 1 cup
  • Urad dhall 1 cup
  • fenugreek 1 spoon

How to make No Rice Idly

  1. Soak both dhalls and fenugreek for 5 hours
  2. After 5 hours, grind to idly batter consistency in grinder
  3. Ferment it for 8 hours
  4. Grease idly pan with oil and pour the batter.
  5. Steam it for 15 minutes
  6. Serve hot with spicy chutney
