Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion 2 cups sliced into big pieces.
  2. Tomato 1 cup or 2 medium. Sliced
  3. Basan 2 to 3 tbsp
  4. coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Garam Masala 2 pinch
  8. Salt
  9. Oil 3 tbsp
  10. mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  11. Jeera 1/4 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat pan with oil.add mustard & jeera. When it splutter add onions.
  2. Stir for one or two minutes.
  3. Then add tomatoes . Cover & cook till tomatoes r well mashed.
  4. Then add coriander, Chilli, turmeric & garam Masala powders & salt. Stir well. Till onions r well cooked.
  5. Add basan one tbsp 1st .stir well. Then add one . Stir well. Sprinkle some water if needed. Or add tsp of oil. Cook for some more time. Stiring well.
  6. Add coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
