About Fish keema with Achari Mirch Recipe

This is a recipe of minced fish curry cooked with spices.

Fish keema with Achari Mirch

Ingredients to make Fish keema with Achari Mirch

  • Fried bhetki pcs 250gms
  • oil 3 tblspn
  • tej patta [bay leaf] 2
  • Achari Mirch 5 pcs chopped 1"
  • garlic paste 2 tblspn
  • tomato paste 3 tblspn
  • sugar 1 tspn
  • Haldi [turmeric powder] 1/2 tspn + a pinch
  • coriander & cumin powder 2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Garam masala powder 2 tspn

How to make Fish keema with Achari Mirch

  1. Fry fish pieces with a pinch of salt and haldi
  2. Take out the bones and crush them (you can use a mixture)
  3. Heat oil and put in bay leaves
  4. Add a pinch of sugar and let it turn red
  5. Add garlic paste, salt and haldi
  6. Saute
  7. Put in tomato paste, jeera & dhania powder, chilli powder and sugar
  8. Fry well
  9. Add chopped achari mirch
  10. Fry till it gets tender
  11. Sprinkle water if required
  12. Cover and cook.
  13. Add the crushed fish pieces and fold well
  14. Fry on a high flame.
  15. Add half cup water and garam masala powder
  16. Ones gravy dries up, turn off the flame and cover
  17. Serve hot with rice
