Punjabi kale chane ( sukhe kale chane)

Ingredients to make Punjabi kale chane ( sukhe kale chane)

  • Black chikpea 2 cup
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • onion chopped 1 medium
  • cumin seed 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • green chilly 6 to 8 make into paste
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Punjabi kale chane ( sukhe kale chane)

  1. Soak chana for overnight. Next day boil chana with sufficient water. Drain it amd keep asside.
  2. Heat oil in pan ad cumin seed. When turns brown saute onion till transparant.
  3. Ad ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste. and saute for few seconds.
  4. Now ad all masalas and little water till rawness of masala gone.
  5. After few minutes ad boiled chana and cook for few minutes .
  6. When oil seperates, switch off gas and garnish some chopped coriander and chopped onion.
  7. Serve hot
