Fish Fry

Ingredients to make Fish Fry

  • Fish -1/2 kg
  • ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
  • turmeric powder-1/2 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder- 1 1/2tablespoon
  • coriander powder-1 tablespoon
  • cumin powder-1 tablespoon
  • pepper powder-1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice-1 tablespoon
  • salt- required amount
  • oil - for frying

How to make Fish Fry

  1. First clean and wash the fish.Add the spice powder, ginger garlic paste, salt ,1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in to a plate.
  2. Mix all of these together to make a paste .
  3. Apply this marinade to the fish pieces and refrigerate them for 15 minutes. Add salt and spice powder according to the taste.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the fish slices. Fry till crusty on the both sides.
  5. once fish cooked both side well take out from the pan . Now the yummy tasty Fish Fry is ready.
  6. serve with meal or as an appetizer..
