Deligacy of north india which is rich in cusins. this vegetable is creamy tasty and rich in taste which can be served on festivals or some occasions.

Paneer Methi malai

Ingredients to make Paneer Methi malai

  • 150 gram paneer
  • 2 cup methi leaves
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp Chop ginger
  • 1 tomato
  • 9-10 cashews
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cardmon powder
  • 1 tsp jeera

How to make Paneer Methi malai

  1. Chop paneer in cubes
  2. Wash methi leaves
  3. Chop finely onion and other vegetables
  4. Make paste of tomato and cashews
  5. Heat ghee and oil
  6. Add jeera
  7. Then add ginger,garlic and onion
  8. Saute them
  9. Add methi leaves and cook then add spices and roast them
  10. add tomato paste and cook
  11. When masala leaves oil add milk and paneer
  12. Cook 3-4 min.and our vegetable is ready
