About Besani tamatar Recipe

This is very yummy vegetable which is made with stuffing of besan .

Besani tamatar

Ingredients to make Besani tamatar

  • 6 tomatos
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 /2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  • coriander leaves

How to make Besani tamatar

  1. Remove cap of tomato
  2. And make hollow
  3. Keep all removed pulp of tomatoes
  4. Heat oil in pan add jeera
  5. Add ginger paste
  6. Add besan and roast it
  7. When it roast add 1/3 cup water
  8. Add all spices and green chilli
  9. Mix tomato pulp and mix all of them
  10. Let it cool
  11. Take tomato and fill them with besan filling
  12. Cover with cap and insert toothpick
  13. Prepare all of them like that
  14. If some masala is left don't worry
  15. Heat 1 tsp oil add remaining masala and some water
  16. Make gravy and add tomatoes
  17. Cover pan and let them cook
  18. When tomato become soft sprinkle kasoori methi
  19. Garnish with coriander leaves
