ABOUT fish curry RECIPE

fish cooked with spices, to be served with some steamed rice on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm fish ( I m using baiker )
  2. garlic pod 1
  3. onion 1
  4. ginger 1/2 inch
  5. turmeric powder 1 tspn
  6. chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  7. coriander powder 1 tspn
  8. salt
  9. dried mango powder 1 tspn
  10. mustered seeds 1/2 tspn
  11. mustard oil 4 tbspn

Instructions

  1. wash fish pieces.
  2. marinate with little bit turmeric powder and salt .
  3. grind ginger garlic onion along with other spices and mustard seeds
  4. heat oil . add spice paste .
  5. fry till spices becomes dried
  6. add fish pieces. add dried mango powder .
  7. add water . cover and cook for 5 minuets
