About Soyachaap in gravy Recipe

Punjabi special, a delicious gravy of soya chaap cooked in it.

Soyachaap in gravy

Ingredients to make Soyachaap in gravy

  • 500gm.soyachaap
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic minsed
  • salt to taste
  • 1tbsp red chilli
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream

How to make Soyachaap in gravy

  1. Dip Soya chaap in water for 15 mn and release from stick easily.
  2. Cut in pieces.grind onions tomatoes ginger garlic.
  3. Add oil in cooker now add grind paste .saute till color changes.
  4. Now add red chilli turmeric coriander and garam masala add water and take vissel.
  5. Release vissel now add cream .
  6. Ready to eat Soya chaap in gravy.

My Tip:

Dip soyachaap in water it will release easily from stick.
