About Mansher Ghughuni Recipe

Mangsher Ghugni is the non-vegetarian version of popular street food Ghugni. The taste is more delicious here, of course for using mutton into this.

Mansher Ghughuni

Ingredients to make Mansher Ghughuni

  • minced goat meat 250gm
  • 200gms(soaked for 4hours)
  • 4 medium size onion
  • 15 garlic pods
  • ginger 1inch
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • 1 tsp kasturi meethi
  • 2 medium chopped in cubes
  • 1 tomoto roughly chopped
  • mustard oil 3tbsp
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

How to make Mansher Ghughuni

  1. Place a pressure cooker and once heated add oil
  2. In the mean time finely slices 2 onion
  3. Once oil is heated add 1 bay leaf,1 black cardamom and onion slices to it and sauté till onions turn golden brown
  4. In the mean time will ready the Masala paste 2 onions roughly chopped Garlic pods ginger c cinnamon green Cardamom green Chilli to fine paste
  5. Now Add chopped tomotoes and cook till its mushy
  6. Now add masala paste into it and till raw smell goes off
  7. Now add soaked peas and cook for 5 minutes
  8. Now add minced meat add cook till oil start coming from sides
  9. Now add turmeric and red Chilli powder
  10. Now add potato and give a mix
  11. Add salt and kasturi Meethi
  12. Now add water and close the lid
  13. Give 5 whistle in medium to slow flame
  14. Turn off the gas and open the lid once completely cool
  15. Garnish with Coriander leaves
  16. Serve hot with Indian breads or rice!
