About Rajasthani papad ki sabjii Recipe

Very easy and spicy recipe.

Rajasthani papad ki sabjii

Ingredients to make Rajasthani papad ki sabjii

  • Papad - 3 to 4 big
  • curd - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • haldi - 1/2 tspn
  • chilli powder
  • Dhaniya powder - 2 tspn
  • Besan/gram flour- 1 tspn
  • salt
  • coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Rajasthani papad ki sabjii

  1. Take curd in a bowl.
  2. Add dhaniya power
  3. Add besan.
  4. Add haldi, chilli powder
  5. Add salt and mix well.
  6. Mean while, break the papad into pieces.
  7. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, allow them to splutter.
  8. Pour in the prepare curd after lowering the flame.
  9. Keep on stirring , add water.
  10. Mix well till oil separates.
  11. Add in the broken papads
  12. Mix well and allow it to cook for 5 to 8 min.
  13. And the papad ki sabji is ready.

My Tip:

Adjust salt in the process as the papad too contains salt in it.
