About Fish pakoda. Recipe

I used white sardine. U can take anchovy or any boneless fish. It can b served as a starter or snack .

Ingredients to make Fish pakoda.

  • Cleaned fish 15
  • To marinate the fish
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • For the batter
  • Basan 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1/2tsp
  • hing 2 pinch
  • water just to make batter.
  • salt
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Fish pakoda.

  1. Marinate fish with the given ingredients. Keep aside for 30 min.
  2. Make a thick batter with the given ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip each fish in batter & deep fry.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup

My Tip:

Take any boneless fish or anchovy to make the same recipe. Add salt carefully as we add in both fish & batter.
