About Chinese tangri Recipe

I was trying to make cantonese style chilli chicken, it can out good though .

Chinese tangri

Ingredients to make Chinese tangri

  • 4 chicken leg pieces
  • One inch ginger
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tea spoon Extra dark soya sauce
  • 2 tea spoon Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 to 3 Finely sliced mushrooms
  • Half capsicum finely sliced
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt to taste

How to make Chinese tangri

  1. Marinade the chicken with soya sauce , sweet chili sauce garlic and ginger
  2. In pan take some oil and saute mushrooms, as soon as the mushrooms start leaving water put the marinated chicken in the pan and the put the capsicum and add little salt
  3. Once the chicken is half cooked
  4. Add little water and cover it
  5. Chicken will loose its water. A saucy gravy will be prepared. Turn off the gas once chicken is prepared
  6. Garnish with spring onions
