Ingredients to make Sukhua rai

  • Dry salted mackeral fish 4 pcs
  • Black musturd 2 tsp
  • Redchilli 3
  • garlic 1 pod
  • tomato 2 nos
  • Turmuric pwdr half tsp salt
  • Redchilli pwdr half tsp
  • Musturd oil 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Sukhua rai

  1. First clean and wash dry fish (sukhua) marinated with turmuric pwdr
  2. Then heat a pan add oil & fry sukhua both side,
  3. Now make a smooth paste useing musturd seeds ,garlic,redchilli,
  4. Add the paste in fried sukhua & cook in low flame for 5 -7 mins
  5. Dont add salt bcoz dryfish is already salted,
  6. When it cooked the oil is separated in masala &its done,
  7. Now sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.

My Tip:

If u have unsalted dry fish then add salt into it.
