Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi atta one cup
  2. Suji 2 spoon
  3. Rice flour 1/4cup
  4. Green chilli 2(chopped)
  5. Green coriender chopped 3 spoon
  6. Onion chopped two medium sized
  7. Salt as taste
  8. Rai one tea spoon
  9. oil
  10. Cumin seed one tea spoon
  11. Curd half cup
  12. Water half cup
  13. Karipatta 5-6leaves

Instructions

  1. Ragi aata rice flour suji green chilli salt curd n water mix n keep aside for hour.
  2. After half hour add onion coriander n mix properly
  3. Take Rai n curry pata n one spoon oil n make tadka. N add in uttapa batter.n mix
  4. Take non stick put on gas . Take one small bowl batter n spred .
  5. One spoon oil spred on uttapa. N apply oil around uttapa
  6. Put transparent lid on it. Gas flame sim.
  7. Turn uttapa after five min .
  8. After 3-4 min your uttapa ready to eat. Enjoy vit chatni n sauce.
