Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup ragi flour
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Pepper powder
  5. 1 /2 cup chopped bell peppers
  6. 1/4 chopped onion
  7. 1 tbsp boiled corn
  8. 3-4 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
  9. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. Ciriander leaves
  12. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Take ragi flour
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Add chop ginger and chilli
  4. Add curd and whisk finely
  5. Check consistency
  6. Leave for 10 min.
  7. Heat a tawa and spread batter for pancakes
  8. Top with vegetables
  9. Sprinkle coriander leaves
  10. Sprinkle salt
  11. Add some oil
  12. Cook from both sides
  13. Serve hot
