Hariyali Khoyaa Chicken

Ingredients to make Hariyali Khoyaa Chicken

  • 500 grm chicken
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 tsp termuric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp corriender powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 2 tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup corriender leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 tbsp fresh methi
  • 2 tbsp khoya
  • salt to taste
  • mustard Oil for cooking

How to make Hariyali Khoyaa Chicken

  1. Take corriender,mint,green chillies and spinach and make fine smooth paste of it
  2. Add yogurt,salt and other dry masala powder in a bowl and mix well
  3. Now add boneless Chicken pieces in this yogurt masala and marinate for atleast 1 hour
  4. Now heat oil in pan add sliced onion when colour change add ginger and garlic paste and saute till raw smell gone
  5. Now add salt and tomato paste and saute
  6. Now add marinate chicken in it and cook cover it and cook it till tender
  7. Now add grind spinach and corriender masala and chopped methi leaves in it and stir it
  8. When masala roast add khoya in this and simmer it for 2 minutes
  9. When oil released in vessels wall now switch of gas
  10. Now Hariyali Khoya Chicken is ready to serve
  11. Serve this hot with rice or chappati ,sprinkle some khoya over the top at time to serve
