This is Very very tasty and delicious vegetable which we can enjoy in lunch as well as in dinner.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boil palak
  2. 1/2 cup boil chana daal
  3. 1/2 cup besan
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp haldi
  6. oil for frying koftas
  7. For gravy---
  8. 2 tbsp Oil
  9. 1 tsp jeera
  10. 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  11. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  12. 2 cloves
  13. 4 whole pepper corns
  14. Pinch of hing
  15. 1 cup chop onion
  16. 1 tsp chop ginger
  17. 4 cloves of garlic
  18. 1 green chilli
  19. 1 cup curd
  20. salt as per taste
  21. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  22. 1/2 tsp haldi
  23. 2 tsp coriander powder
  24. 1 tsp garam masala
  25. Onion rings

Instructions

  1. Take all kofta ingredents in a bowl
  2. Mix all of them finely
  3. Heat oil
  4. And make koftas and fry them
  5. Heat oil
  6. Add all whole spices
  7. add garlic and ginger
  8. And add onion
  9. Saute them
  10. Take curd and mix all spices in it
  11. And add in oil when onion cooked
  12. Mix finely and stir continuously
  13. Add koftas and cook for five min
  14. Add garam masala
  15. Our vegetable is ready
  16. Serve with roti or rice
