Palak chana daal kofta curry

Ingredients to make Palak chana daal kofta curry

  • 2 cup boil palak
  • 1/2 cup boil chana daal
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • oil for frying koftas
  • For gravy---
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 cloves
  • 4 whole pepper corns
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 cup chop onion
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • onion rings

How to make Palak chana daal kofta curry

  1. Take all kofta ingredents in a bowl
  2. Mix all of them finely
  3. Heat oil
  4. And make koftas and fry them
  5. Heat oil
  6. Add all whole spices
  7. add garlic and ginger
  8. And add onion
  9. Saute them
  10. Take curd and mix all spices in it
  11. And add in oil when onion cooked
  12. Mix finely and stir continuously
  13. Add koftas and cook for five min
  14. Add garam masala
  15. Our vegetable is ready
  16. Serve with roti or rice
