Karela fry.

Ingredients to make Karela fry.

  • Karela 2 , small, sliced. Just remove thick seed .
  • For the batter
  • Basan 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • jeera 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • hing 2 pinh
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Karela fry.

  1. Make a thick batter with some water.
  2. Put the karela pieces in it.mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.put Karela pieces, one by one, coating well with batter. Deep fry it till done on both sides.
  4. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Make thinner slices.
