Malai meat kofta curry

Ingredients to make Malai meat kofta curry

  • Minced meat 450 g
  • onion 50 g
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  • ghee 50 g
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • green chillies 2 finely chopped
  • For gravy
  • onion 100 g
  • ginger and garlic finely chopped 1 tbs
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 50 ml
  • coriander leaves small amount

How to make Malai meat kofta curry

  1. Heat a little ghee and add onion fry until it change into brown colour.
  2. Add minced meat ginger chillies pepper and salt
  3. Cook on a low flame till all the juices has been absorped
  4. Add beaten egg and garam masala
  5. Make a small balls.dip these balls in beaten egg and deep fry. Keep aside
  6. In a pan add ghee and onion ginger garlic to make the gravy
  7. After few seconds add coriander and chilli powder.
  8. Then add tomatos salt and garam masala.
  9. Cook well until it came into the consistency of gravy.
  10. Add the koftas.before serving add cream to it.
  11. For garnishing you can add coriander leaves

My Tip:

Instead of fresh cream u can add coconut milk
