Ingredients to make Methi pratha punjabi cusine

  • fenugreek methi leaves paste half bowl
  • salt to taste
  • Gram masala 1/2tsp
  • Multigrain atta 1 bowl
  • green chilly 2 chopped
  • red chilly powder 1/2tsp
  • water for making dough
  • oil 4-5 tsp

How to make Methi pratha punjabi cusine

  1. In a bowl add multigrain atta and methi paste..
  2. Now add salt green chilly, red chilly, gram masala and mix now add little water and bind a normal dough..
  3. Heat the Griddle and make prantha and serve hot with curd..

My Tip:

U can use desi ghee for brushing prantha
