Ingredients to make paneer moti pulao

  • 250 gm long grain basmati rice
  • 100 gm cottage cheese
  • 1 tspn corn flour
  • mixed chopped vegetables of your choice
  • black pepper 1/2 tspn
  • ginger green chilli paste 1 tbspn
  • ghee 5 tbspn
  • silver leaves 2 sheets
  • salt to tast

How to make paneer moti pulao

  1. soak rice for 30 minuets
  2. mash cottage cheese . mix little bit black pepper salt and corn flour
  3. make tiny balls fry them
  4. in a cooker add ghee add ginger chilli paste add rice salt and water cook it till one whistle
  5. in a pan add little bit ghee . add chopped vegetables sauté . add cooked rice and cottage cheese balls ( spare some for garnish)
  6. mix it well cook for 1 minuet
  7. now cover some balls with solver leaf and place over the rice
