Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Palak 1 bunch
  2. Ginger paste 1 spoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil as required
  5. Garlic paste 1 spoon
  6. Onion paste 1/2cup
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  8. Red chilly powder 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a spinach .wash it and cut it
  2. Then take a pressure cooker add 1 cup water and add chopped spinach .
  3. Boil it
  4. Then take a pan
  5. Add oil add cumin seeds
  6. Then add ginger, garlic paste
  7. Add onion paste saute it
  8. Then add boil spinach .
  9. Then add all spices and salt and mix well
  10. Now the sabji is ready
