Herbed Potato Wedges

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 Potatoes cut into thick wedges
  2. 2 tbsp Mixed Italian Herbs
  3. 1 tsp Dry Tarragon
  4. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  5. 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  6. 1/2 tsp Salt


  1. Thoroughly wash and pat dry the potatoes. Peel and cut into wedges.
  2. In a bowl mix herbs, salt and olive oil.
  3. Gently and evenly toss the potato wedges in the above made olive oil and herb mix.
  4. Preheat your oven to 220C. Arrange the wedges evenly in a baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or till the wedges turn soft and begin to turn crisp.
  5. Carefully take out the wedges from oven and serve hot as a side dish for fried chicken, roasts, etc.
