aam papad is an indian fruit leather made out of mango pulp mixed with sugar and sun dried

Ingredients to make aam papad

  • 1 kg ripe mangoes
  • 200 grams sugar or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

How to make aam papad

  1. wash and peel the mangoes and cut into pieces
  2. now make a fine paste of the mango pieces mixed with sugar
  3. put this mixture in a kadai and cook on high flame for 5 minutes stirring continuously
  4. grease a steel plate with ghee and pour the cooked mango mixture in the plate and spread it out thinly
  5. now keep this plate out in the sun to dry
  6. once it is dried properly cut it into pieces
  7. aam papad is ready to eat
