These malpua are healthy in every way. Made with wheat flour,Apple, and topped with jaggary syrup what else you need ??

Baked Apple malpua

Ingredients to make Baked Apple malpua

  • 1 cup wheat floor
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 1 Tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2 to 3 tbsp condesdmilk
  • 2tbsp pistachios
  • 2tbsp almonds
  • jaggery syrup (1 cup jaggery +1 cup water boiled to thick syrup )
  • rose petals
  • Desi ghee for grees
  • 1 tsp salt
  • apple 2

How to make Baked Apple malpua

  1. take a mixing bowl add flour, fennel seeds, cardamom powder, salt, condesdmilk,milk.
  2. mix it well
  3. Now mix jaggery and water in a pan and stir over medium heat till jaggery dissolves and the syrup has reduced to half of its quantity 
  4. Now take one apple and scoop out the seeds and cut them into roundels
  5. grease the backing trey
  6. Apple slices of dip in better
  7. now put the backing trey
  8. bake to 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes
  9. then dip in jaggery syrup
  10. now place in plate put top of jaggery syrup, rabri, dry fruit, rose petals.
  11. serve and enjoy
