Fish Fry

Ingredients to make Fish Fry

  • Rohu fish 500gram
  • red chilly powder 1table spoon
  • turmeric powder1tea spoon
  • salt to taste
  • mustard powder 1table spoon
  • ginger garlic paste1table spoon
  • onion paste 1table spoon
  • cornflour 1 table spoon
  • mustard oil forshallow frying
  • fenugreek seeds 1tea spoon

How to make Fish Fry

  1. Clean and wash fish properly
  2. Take in abowl and marinate inall the mentioned ingredients exept mustard oil.
  3. Mix well and pour 1table spoon oil pver the fish.
  4. Cover and keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat a non stick prypan
  6. Add 2table spoon mustard oil
  7. Add few seeds pf fenugreek seeds.
  8. Heat till seeds are black.
  9. Put half of the fishes to the pan
  10. Fry on medium flame till golden
  11. Further fry remaining fishes.
  12. Serve with onion salad.

My Tip:

Pouring some oil on marinated fish will give more good result.
