Ingredients to make Sprouted oats chilla

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup suji
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • water as required
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • oil for cooking
  • For stuffing---
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 cup chop onion
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • 1/2 cup moong sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chop tomato
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • hing
  • 1/4 ts haldi
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

How to make Sprouted oats chilla

  1. TAKE OATS, SUJI AND CURD IN A BOWL
  2. TAKE OATS, SUJI AND CURD
  3. AND MIX THEM IN A BOWL WITH REQUIRED WATER
  4. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, HALDI AND SALT
  5. ADD GARAM MASALA OUR BATTER IS READY
  6. NOW FOR STUFFING HEAT OIL
  7. ADD JEERA AND ONION
  8. SAUTE THEM AND ADD CHILLI
  9. NOW ADD SPROUTED MOONG
  10. AND TOMATO SALT, HALDI AND CHILLI POWDER
  11. COOK LITTLE AND MIX ADD GARAM MASALA
  12. NOW MAKE CHILLA
  13. ADD OIL AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDES
  14. NOW PUT STUFFING IN CENTER
  15. AND FOLD IT
  16. OUR SPROUT OATS CHILLAS ARE READY
  17. SERVE WITH SAUCE AND CHUTNEY
