Adai dosa - diet dosa

Ingredients to make Adai dosa - diet dosa

  • moong dal 3 spoons
  • Toor dal 3 spoons
  • Urud dal 3 spoons
  • Green gram dal 3 spoons
  • pepper corns 5
  • cumin seeds 1 spoons
  • Dried red chilli ( depends on your spice taste)
  • salt

How to make Adai dosa - diet dosa

  1. Take all the dal together wash it thoroughly. And put in cumin seeds, pepper corns, dried chilli in it.
  2. Pour water and soak all ingredients for 5 hours
  3. After 5 hours strain the water and grind it without water ( add little water when required during grind and use the strained water)
  4. Add required salt and make small dosas
  5. This dosa batters can be used fermented or without fermenting. stays good for 4 days in fridge.
  6. To make it more yummy can top it with shredded carrots , onion, curry leaves, and also cilantro leaves. serve it with sambar or coconut chutney
