Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown rice 2 cups
  2. Rajma 3 spoons
  3. white urud dal half cup
  4. Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash rice n dal thoroughly. soak it with Rajma for 8 hours
  2. strain water and grind it into normal dosa consistency ( use soaked water for grinding )
  3. And leave it 7-8 hours for fermenting
  4. Now add salt and you can make healthy dosa.
