Ingredients to make Brown rice dosa - Diet Recipe

  • Brown rice 2 cups
  • rajma 3 spoons
  • white urud dal half cup
  • salt

How to make Brown rice dosa - Diet Recipe

  1. Wash rice n dal thoroughly. soak it with Rajma for 8 hours
  2. strain water and grind it into normal dosa consistency ( use soaked water for grinding )
  3. And leave it 7-8 hours for fermenting
  4. Now add salt and you can make healthy dosa.

My Tip:

Do heat pan on medium and pour batter. Use gingerly oil for extra health benefits. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
