Ingredients to make Opos prawn briyani, eggs, & raitha

  • Prawns 100 grm
  • Basmathi rice half cup
  • curd 200 grm
  • Briyani masala
  • Fried onion
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • mint leaves
  • Slit Green chilli 1
  • ginger garlic paste 2 spoon
  • eggs 2
  • oil 2 tsp
  • onion for ritha
  • water

How to make Opos prawn briyani, eggs, & raitha

  1. LETS START THE TIMER . ADD HOT WATER IN RICE AND SOAK FOR 5 MIN
  2. IN A BOWL ADD CHOPPED MINT, SLIT CHILLI,FRIED ONIONS
  3. ADD CLEANED PRAWNS, CHILLI POWDER, BIRIYANI MASALA, SALT
  4. ADD 1 CUP CURD AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. MIX IT WELL
  6. AFTER 5 MIN LATER IT. 2 TSP WATER, 2 TSP OIL
  7. TAKE HALF OF MARINATE PRAWNS AND MAKE A LAYER
  8. THEN LATER SOAKED RICE
  9. THEN AGAIN MARINATED PRAWNS
  10. CLOSE IT
  11. FIRE IN HIGH FOR 8 MIN
  12. IN MEAN TIME IN ANOTHER COOKER PUT 1 CUP SALT WATER AND 2 EGGS AND FIRE IT FOR 3 WHISTLE
  13. COOKING EGGS AND BIRIYANI SIMULTANEOUSLY
  14. MEAN TIME CHOP ONION FOR RITHA
  15. IN CHOPPED ONION ADD MINT LEAVES , SALT AND CURD
  16. MIXED IT WELL
  17. ITS TIME TO SWITCH OFF
  18. I FLUFFED IT UP AND ITS COOKED COMPLETELY
  19. EGGS GOT COOKED TOO
  20. AND ITS DONE ... A COMPLETE SUNDAY LUNCH
