We always love sweets specially kalakand and barfi. I am posting very easy and instant recipe of malai barfi/kalakand

Malai barfi

Ingredients to make Malai barfi

  • 250 gms paneer
  • 200 gms milkmaid
  • 2tsp milk powder
  • 1tbsp cardamom powder
  • oil for greasing
  • Dryfruit as per your choice for garnishing

How to make Malai barfi

  1. Heat a pan .
  2. Mix all the ingredients
  3. Heat it till thick mixture is form. It will not take take more than 5 minutes
  4. Allow it to cool for 2 mins
  5. Grease a plate with oil/ghee and put the mixture and freeze it for 5 mins
  6. Remove the plate and cut the barfi in desired shape
  7. Garnish with your choice of dryfruits
