Ingredients to make Crispy and innovative pasta punch

  • 2 bowls of cooked pasta
  • 1 cup purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • CHILI POWDER - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • Chaat masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves , chopped [handful]
  • Refined oil

How to make Crispy and innovative pasta punch

  1. ADD 2 BOWLS OF COOKED PASTA,ADD 1 CUP PURPOSE FLOUR,HALF CUP BESAN, IN A BOWL.
  2. ADD CHILI POWDER,SALT,CHAT POWDER
  3. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER AND MIX WELL. FORM A THICK BATTER
  4. HEAT AMPLE AMOUNT OF OIL IN A WOK, DROP SMALL DUMPLINGS OF THE BATTER AND DEEP FRY THEM.
  5. FRY UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOR.
  6. STRAIN AND SERVE HOT WITH SOME KETCHUP ON THE SIDE.
