About AMLA KI LAUNGY Recipe

This is a quick recipe to make a delightful laungy, with gooseberries or amlas that are rich in vitamin C .

AMLA KI LAUNGY

Ingredients to make AMLA KI LAUNGY

  • amla - 200 gms
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafetida - a pinch
  • salt - a pinch
  • green chilly - 1
  • red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp

How to make AMLA KI LAUNGY

  1. Wash and boil the amla
  2. Remove the seeds of the amla.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add asafetida and black mustard seeds to crackle.
  5. Remove the seeds of the green chilly.
  6. Add boiled amla and green chill and mix well.
  7. Add coriander powder,red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  8. Add sugar and half cup of water.
  9. Cook five mins in a low flame.
  10. Switch off the flame.
