Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm amla
  2. 100 gm ginger
  3. 8 green chillies
  4. 1tsp rai
  5. 1 tsp ajwain
  6. 1 tsp salt acc.to taste
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 3 tsp mustard oil


  1. Prick amla with fork
  2. Rub some salt on it
  3. Keep it for 10 min.
  4. Put some oil in pan, burn it & turn off flame
  5. After 2 min.Put Amla in it
  6. Roast ajwain & rai on tawa and make powder
  7. Cut ginger in long length
  8. Slit green chilli and filling salt in it
  9. When Amla turn tender then add all spices & powder & chilli and ginger
  10. Then Not cook more
