Take Refined flour in a bowl, add salt to it and knead it and make a soft dough of it as the dough of chapati, apply some oil on it and rest the dough for 15 minutes by covering the dough with a damp cloth.
After 15 minutes, knead the dough again and make it smooth and divide the dough into equal portions and make pedas of it.
Take eggs in a bowl ( 1 egg for 1 paratha), whisk the egg, add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder into it and mix it well.
Take a peda, roll it in a thin chapati. Heat a tawa, place the paratha over it. Drizzle the beaten egg in the center of the paratha. Fold the paratha from all the four sides so that the egg batter fills inside it and make a parcel of it. Drizzle some oil all around the paratha and cook the egg paratha on low-medium flame from both sides and fry till it golden from both sides. Serve hot.
