Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chidwa or Poha 1 big bowl
  2. Peanuts 1 small bowl
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tps
  5. Chaat Masala 1 tps
  6. Black salt 1tps
  7. Salt for taste


  1. Roast peanuts in oil properly for few minutes and put aside in a plate.
  2. Next roast chidwa properly for 5 minutes till turn golden colour and crispy.
  3. Now add all the ingredients in chidwa or Poha.
  4. Now serve the Poha and Mungfali Mixture with tea or coffee.
