  • 100 gms lol mirchi,
  • 1 tsp methi,jera, mustard seeds,udak dall
  • 1/2 cup tamarind,ghude,
  • 1 tsp salt,5 garlic petals

How to make Traditional katta metta mint achar

  1. LOL MIRCHI, MUSTARD,JERA,METHI,UDAK DALL
  2. HEAT IN A CADAI POUR 1 TSP OIL PUT ALL INGREDIENTS FRI IT,ADD ASFEOATADA
  3. TRANSFER INTO A MIXY JAR
  4. SAME CADAI PUT FRESH MINT LEAVES
  5. FRI TILL LEAVES SHOULD SOFTENING
  6. GRIND IT ALL,ADD COOKED MINT LEAVES,TAMARIND (SOAKED IN 10 MIN )GHUDE
  7. ADD JERA, GARLIC,SALT
  8. MAKE FINE PASTE, TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  9. ADD TADAKA ON TO THIS ACHAR
