About Krele ki sabji Recipe

Country name - cote d ivoire (ivory coast).here i am living in six year and very difficult to find out krela.but last Saturday i got it so i made krela sabji..i missed it here..In India summer' s special krela and i liked it very much .

Krele ki sabji

Ingredients to make Krele ki sabji

  • Krele - 7 8
  • onion - 2
  • mustard oil- 3 big spoon
  • cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • turmeric -1 tsp
  • salt - as per taste
  • Red chili- 1 tsp
  • coriander powder- 1 TSP
  • Dry mango pw- 1/2 tsp
  • green chillies- 3,4

How to make Krele ki sabji

  1. Take kreles and peel lightly and cut into pieces.put some salt and keep for one hour.
  2. Then wash it properly remove all water.
  3. Take a pan add oil properly hot the oil then add cumin seed after crackle add krelas fry ten minutes.
  4. Then add all masala and cook more then ten minutes on low flame.
  5. And last add onion and green. Chilli .cook till then onion will be soft and krelas also change the colour...
  6. Serve with roti n parathas..

My Tip:

If you have raw mango then you can add because krele is bitter so remove their bitter ness add achar masala also..
